- Photocopying of articles and excerpts from books for personal use is allowed in the following sections: General Circulation, Reserve, Reference and some collections in the Filipiniana Section and Graduate School Library only after filling up a photocopying permit and approved by the Librarian In-Charge.
- Photocopying of theses, dissertations and Dissertation   Abstracts International is strictly prohibited.
- Photocopying time is for one (1) hour only. In excess of one hour, a borrower will be charged an overdue fee of Php 20.00 per hour.
