PRINTER ERROR: Blinking Lights
The printer is receiving information from the computer, in the process of printing a document,or finishing printing a document.
Solutions
Please wait for the printer to complete the current task.
- 1. Check if the papers are properly feed to the paper tray.
- 2. Check if the ink cartridge is properly installed.
- 3. Check if the printer is (online) connected to CPU.
- 4. If Paper jam, Check inside the printer and make sure no paper or debris is left inside.
- 5. Cancel all documents to be print, turn off your printer and restart the computer. If the printer continues to blink, follow these steps:
- 1. Turn the printer off, and then turn it back on.
- 2. If it will not turn off, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
- 3. Unplug the power cord from the power source. Wait 30 seconds.
- 4. Plug the power cord into the back of the printer.
- 5. Plug the power cord into the power source.
- 6. Restart the computer. Try printing again. If the printer still continues to blink, follow these steps:
- 1. Turn the printer off.
- 2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
- 3. Press the on/off button while plugging back the cord from the power source.
- 4. Release the on/off button.
- 5. Now, the printer seems not turned on, press again the on/off button.
- 6. Try printing again.
